Howard Hughes buys Grogan's Mill Village Center with long-vacant Randalls property

The center's Randalls location served as an anchor for the village center before its closure in February 2020. Since then, both shoppers and business owners have expressedThe Grogan’s Mill Center lost tenants including Maine-ly Sandwiches and Fuddruckers, dipping to a 64 percent occupancy rate in September 2022.
Grogan’s Mill Village Association president Bruce Cunningham said Howard Hughes has been in communication with the organization and has even discussed constructing overhead covers for the farmer’s market in the future. Last week, Howard Hughes members met with store owners to introduce themselves as new property owners.
