SHENZHEN, China—Huawei Technologies Co. said its first-half revenue rose 23.2% from a year earlier, as the technology giant appeared to shrug off the impact of a U.S. supplier blacklisting.
The company said revenue rose to 401.3 billion yuan —with steady growth at its consumer business which includes smartphones—and its profit margin was 8.7% The closely held company self selects the numbers that it makes public.
