For a car to be Ulez compliant, it needs to be Euro Level 4 or higher for petrol vehicles, and Euro 6 for diesel-powered vehicles. Most hybrid and fully electric vehicles are compliant. For people with older, non-compliant vehicles there is a scrappage scheme by which applicants could receive a payment to scrap their vehicle and help fund a newer one.Some vehicles are totally exempt from having to pay the Ulez charge regardless of their emission output, including:agricultural vehicles, like tractors and harvesters

military vehicles, such as tanks, large trucks, and other forms of vehicles operated by the military;The daily Ulez charge can be paid online through the TfL
