A Hougang resident spotted an e-bike that was plugged into an electrical socket at Block 327 Hougang Avenue 5 on May 2."I saw this illegal charging at a HDB void deck," he said.In response to a Stomp query, a spokesman from Aljunied-Hougang Town Council said:"The town council has been taking enforcement action on illegal tapping of utilities from outlets in the common areas.
