He said the issue was more prevalent during scrap metal disposals, which happened about three times a year.The council has since put a worker on permanent fire watch for the job. "Householders, they're not going to know. They're buying an exciting new product to make their lives convenient," Mr Murdoch said."We hear things about circularity and the circular economy, and that's not just a fancy new word for recycling.
