A baby has drowned in a bathtub in Houston while the mother was busy cooking and a 14-year-old who was left in charge of the infant was playing on the computer, police said.
The infant’s mother had stepped away to finish cooking dinner and left the 14-year-old in charge of the baby’s bath time, policeThe teen filled the tub with water, placed the baby inside and then exited the bathroom to use the computer, leaving the youngster unsupervised, cops said.
