IREIT Global’s manager has picked Peter Viens as its new chief executive officer , succeeding Louis d’Estienne d’Orves.Before this appointment, Viens held senior positions in corporate real estate departments and is a fund manager at Sofidy, where he has worked for over seven years.

In addition, the manager has also appointed Emilio Velasco as the new chief investment officer on a part-time basis. Velasco is the Head of Real Estate at Tikehau Capital, where he oversees strategic planning and leads investment and real estate management teams.
