The Mandalorian creed only mentions the helmet.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Summary The presentation of Mandalorians across various factions throughout Star Wars poses the question of whether or not they're allowed to remove their armor. The Mandalorian became the first project to introduce a faction of Mandalorians who adhere to a strict creed of keeping their helmets on at all times, particularly following Din Djarin and his loyalty to the Creed.

Sabine Wren's appearance in Ahsoka episodes 1 and 2 has posed a new question for all Mandalorians. She was seen for most of those episodes without any of her armor, instead keeping it hidden away in her residence until she was ready to put it back on again. While it's now known that some Mandalorians cannot remove their helmets, the removal of other pieces of their armor hasn't been addressed.

The Mandalorian Creed Does Seem Restricted To Helmets Din Djarin is one of the best examples to look to, as someone who has both been marked an apostate and earned redemption in the eyes of the Creed. Din has, in fact, removed armor other than his helmet before, most notably when he went undercover as an Imperial trooper in The Mandalorian season 2, episode 7 "Chapter 15: The Believer" while exchanging his armor for theirs.
