Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is eyeing another addition to his $1.5 billion Star development in Frisco.
The more than 314,000-square-foot office tower currently under construction at the Star — designed by Dallas architect HKS — will open next year. That building is being built near the Twelve Cowboys Way luxury apartment tower at the Star and Baylor Scott & White’s sports therapy center. The 91-acre Star development at the tollway and Warren Parkway includes the Cowboys’ headquarters and practice field, the Ford Center indoor stadium, the Omni Hotel, a shopping center and a 17-story office tower that’s the regional headquarters for Keurig Dr Pepper.
