“Red Table Talk,” the online talk show hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, was scrapped by Facebook on Wednesday. The series, which was the last remaining FB Watch Original, has already completed its original order and won’t be returning to the air. Producer Westbrook is now looking for a new home for the show, co-hosted by Willow Smith and Adrienne Banfield-Norris,
The move follows former Head of Development and Programming Mina Lefevre’s departure from Meta, amid the company’s shifting focus on creating VR experiences.Since launching in May 2018, “Red Table Talk” has played host to some iconic moments in pop culture history.The show was hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, along with her daughter, Willow Smith, and her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris.
