Following his breakup with Kaitlyn Bristowe last month, Jason Tartick opened up about how he's coping with E! News while attending the 2023 People's Choice Country Awards.
Jason explained that sometimes the highs have outweighed the lows, but he's been working to shift that.
"The grief that I have experienced in the last like few months is the hardest grief I've ever experienced in my life," he said. "But, I'm just giving myself a lot of attention, my mental health a lot of attention.
