“I mean, this is just as hard as anything I’ve ever learned,” Lopez says in a video about the experience, giving fans an inside look at her first foray into the art form. “It might be the hardest.” To begin training, the singer first transformed her home into a full mirrored studio, complete with Marley flooring and a mobile pole. After slipping on vertigo-inducing platform stilettos, Lopez learns to grip, climb, spin, and even flip herself upside down under Sapakie’s instruction.
