Aside from inspiring some to make their own corner, Mayim routinely shares different ways that people can make time for their mental health. When she’s speeding through her day, for instance, she forces herself to take a quick pause and take breaths. “Instead of seeing every destination as just the pit stop to the next destination, trying to find where I am in space is really, really helpful,”
