A: He’s very mature, but he’s done a very great job of holding on to his youth — mentally, emotionally, kind of in his character. He’s just very easygoing to be around … great leader. It’s funny, he lightens the mood around here. It’s not hard to come out here and work hard every day. It’s not hard to come out here and be consistent, it’s not hard to reach a certain standard when you have someone like that.
A: Nah, just individually, I’ll speak from my perspective. But he’ll make jokes here and there. Reassure you here and then here, say he’s excited for you, stuff like that. I mean, he’s doing that with me, he’s doing that with everybody.
