The woman filed a lawsuit Thursday in Tennessee, claiming that the country music star “raped” her during a work trip to Los Angeles.
Jimmie Allen is being sued for sexual abuse and assault by his former manager, Page Six has confirmed.
Jane Doe claims that, during a work dinner with Allen and other industry execs, she “drank a couple of glasses of white wine” and immediately blacked out.The woman claims she “lost consciousness and awoke naked in her hotel room several hours later” with Allen allegedly next to her, urging her to “take Plan B as soon as possible.”
The woman claims the country music star raped her and subjected her to sexual abuse and harassment over a period of 18 months.In the court docs, the woman alleges the singer “raped her in private while choking her” and “videotaped multiple sexual encounters in order to blackmail her to stay silent.
“It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever,” Allen told us.In a statement to Page Six, Allen refuted the woman’s sexual abuse claims but confessed to having a consensual relationship with her for almost two years.
