According to Joe’s rep, Waldo was reportedly out for a stroll with his dog walker when he got “spooked,” broke from his leash, and ran out into the street. Joe’s rep described the tragedy as a “freak accident.”adds that the couple reportedly filed a police report on Friday after seeking therapy to cope with the death of their beloved dog.
