Joe Scarborough says Rep. Joe Kennedy, , should not be planning to pursue a Senate run against Sen. Edward Markey, the state's incumbent Democratic senator.
Scarborough notes that Kennedy and Markey's Democratic constituents match, and the fight should be against Pres. Trump.
