The president is facing an impeachment inquiry for allegedly pressuring Ukraine to investigate 2020 candidate Joe Biden and his son in exchange for aid money. “We have a criminal in the White House,” Harris said at the most recent Democratic primary debate in November.The Trump campaign also sent a tweet earlier Tuesday congratulating Harris' Democratic rival Rep. Tulsi Gabbard on the news that Harris had exited the race.
