Kep1er’s Agencies Remark On Discussions Regarding Extension Of Project Group Contract
On September 22, SPOTV NEWS reported that WAKEONE recently met with key executives from the agencies of Kep1er members to discuss extending the activities of the project group.
In response to the report, Kep1er’s agencies WAKEONE and Swing Entertainment shared, “It is true that we preemptively held a meeting to establish a roadmap and strategy for the artists’ long-term activities as the Kep1er project has passed its halfway mark, and we made the same proposals to all agencies. However, although we did our best to reach agreements with all the agencies, it did not work out this time.
Having debuted in January 2022, Kep1er is a nine-member girl group formed through Mnet’s survival audition program “ .” The group consists of members Choi Yu Jin, Mashiro, Xiao Ting, Kim Chae Hyun, Kim Da Yeon, Hikaru, Huening Bahiyyih, Seo Young Eun, and Kang Ye Seo.
