She also went on to add that she only resorted to this trick when she is eating at home and if she was eating out she would “pour soda to spoil temptation for unwanted meals.”
Once again the Kardashians are in the news for all the wrong reasons. This time it’s Kim and her weight loss. The star is said to have a dangerous habit where she sprays Windex onto her meals to keep herself from over indulging.
Apparently Kardashian had told Ryan Seacrest this in 2010 when he was the host of the White House Correspondent’s dinner. “I spray Windex on my food, so I won’t eat it,” is what she allegedly said. which is equally famous for its tabloid fodder and gossip also apparently made similar statements in 2014.Social media had quite a few comments on these statements with one user saying “Sometimes I think the Kardashians say s-t in an attempt to sound edgy and controversial…. Anything for attention.”Kim was also trolled for being wasteful and not appreciating food on the table.
In her defense Kim had told Allure magazine recently that she was not in fact starving herself. She said she had a nutritionist and a trainer and had been drinking plenty of water to stay fit and hydrated.
