As a growing challenge to the prime minister’s leadership embroils the Liberal caucus, some members say the party would be better off if it had adopted the Reform Act process for triggering a leadership review. Liberal MP Sean Casey , who has publicly called on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to resign, told that “in hindsight, absolutely,” the caucus should have adopted the Reform Act.
