The comedian has sold his three-story residence at 35 Charlton St. for $5.8 million — below the $6.5 million he shelled out for it in 2012.
In Soho, this 19th-century townhouse comes with 13 rooms — and is currently configured as a five-bedroom with three full bathrooms and a powder room.
The three-story residence also has a second-story terrace and a yard. It’s part of the longest row of Federal and early Greek Revival homes developed by John Jacob Astor, according to the listing — from Compass brokers Carl Gambino and Justin Montero. Kiran Mummidichetty and Morgan McCarthy, also of Compass, repped the buyer, who’s listed as an anonymous LLC on the deed.
