After initially refusing the help, the homeowners are getting 12 new windows from Lowe's.
Homeowner Edward Kaufman points to the seam of the wrap around a window that he says was damaged when the window was installed by Lowe’s. The seam was never resealed, he said, so water can get behind the siding, he said. Lowe's has agreed to replace the windows. They were installed by a Lowe’s subcontractor who did a terrible job, the couple said.
