The tremor hit at 6:39 p.m. at a depth of 4.6 miles near the Sonoma County city of Santa Rosa in the North Bay, according to theThe epicenter was 1.8 miles south of Santa Rosa and 48 miles northwest of Berkeley. It was felt as far south as San Francisco and as far north as Clear Lake, according to the USGS’ ShakeMap. As of 7:15 p.m.
