These easy no-bake candies are made from finely ground cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, pecans and bourbon — with a few other ingredients thrown in for good measure.

The easiest way to grind the cookies is in a food processor, as it really does the best job at crushing the cookies.
Once the cookies are finely ground, combine them with powdered sugar, a little cocoa powder, toasted pecans and salt. Be sure to deeply toast the nuts, as the flavor that the toasted nuts impart cannot be beat. Next, bourbon, corn syrup and vanilla are poured in and the mixture is stirred until a dough forms. Once scooped and rolled into one tablespoon balls, your work is essentially done and you can dust the balls with additional powdered sugar and call it a day.
