Man, 82, charged with killing elderly flatmate
SINGAPORE - An elderly man who allegedly killed his 79-year-old flatmate appeared in court on Monday via videolink from Central Police Division.
Police had received a call about the case at around 3.40am on Sunday and officers found Madam Lim motionless in the unit.Neighbours told The Straits Times that Pak and Madam Lim were not married to each other but had lived in the same flat for more than 20 years.
