A man was arrested at Baltimore-Washington International Marshall Airport Wednesday afternoon after claiming he had a bomb in his vehicle, the Transportation Security Administration said.

After the vehicle was cleared, the checkpoints were reopened, Lopez said, and vehicles were able to access the terminal using an upper roadway.
