Authorities are seeking a second suspect who left the scene in a stolen Ford Transit T-250.
PALO ALTO – Police on Thursday arrested one man and were seeking a second in connection with a burglary at a Palo Alto bicycle shop.
One man was arrested after a brief foot pursuit. The other man left the scene in a white Ford Transit T-250, which police later learned had been reported stolen a day earlier in San Jose, police said. An investigation revealed that the men entered the shop by smashing a window, police said. The men then allegedly took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.
