A 22-year-old man appeared in court yesterday after he allegedly defaulted on his national service obligations.
Court documents did not state where he was living or when he returned to Singapore, but he is currently a full-time national serviceman.Lee allegedly remained outside Singapore from Sept 1, 2013, to Jan 1, 2017, after his exit permit expired. Lee is also said to have remained outside Singapore without a valid exit permit on two occasions and failed to report for enlistment into full-time NS on another occasion.
