A man is appealing for information after he was aggressively confronted by another cyclist outside The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands on Sunday at about 7.30 to 7.45pm.
"Throughout the encounter, he kept telling me how to cycle and challenged me to involve the police and record the incident. "Grateful for her help, I promptly contacted the police but by the time they arrived, the individual had left the area, cycling towards the Merlion and later turning towards the direction of Marina Barrage.""After providing my statement to the police, they departed and I proceeded to cycle home, hoping this would be the end of the matter," he said.
"If you witnessed this incident or can identify the individual involved, I kindly request your assistance.
