A driver is facing multiple charges after he allegedly ran over two men he had just gotten into an argument with in Paterson, according to a statement from the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Doretero Cruz, 53, of Paterson, was found behind the wheel of the car and was helped by members of the, who also aided the two pedestrians, officials said. The trio was taken to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson.
