A San Antonio man was arrested after he was linked to aggravated robberies in an area on the Northwest Side last month.

Bexar County Jail records show Felipe DeJesus Tijerina, 36, was charged with two counts of aggravated robbery.– A San Antonio man was arrested after he was linked to aggravated robberies on the Northwest Side last month.

An arrest warrant affidavit states that three robberies were reported to police within one hour on the evening of Aug. 10 near the intersection of Loop 410 and Bandera Road.One victim told police that he was sitting in his car in the 6000 block of NW Loop 410 and saw the suspect, later identified as Tijerina, drive by his vehicle twice and park nearby.

The victim said he didn’t have anything on him and the suspect searched him. The suspect then struck the victim with an open hand, knocking him on his back, police said.
