Officials are investigating the shooting of a man by Tucson police at an apartment complex on Tucson's east side Tuesday morning.

Details are extremely limited, but according to a Tucson Police spokesman, officers shot an unidentified person at the Hampton Park Apartment Homes complex, 8600 E. Old Spanish Trail, near South Camino Seco.

According to a resident of the complex, she heard a man shout out “I’m just trying to get my stuff,” before hearing four shots.
