According to the San Antonio Police Department, the incident happened near the 700 block of W. Houston around 4 p.m.Police share that when they arrived at the scene, they found a man bleeding from a stab wound.Upon further investigation, it appeared that an unknown suspect's dog started attacking the victim. The victim stood up to defend himself and was then stabbed in the chest with a bladed weapon by the perpetrator.
