David Foster claims there are ongoing issues with his post however Royal Mail denies his claims
A man who was tired of waiting for delayed post took matters into his own hands with the help of his MP.
After the intervention of his MP, David said the delivery service improved and he began receiving his mail on a regular basis and in timely fashion. Tired of waiting and worried about where the sensitive paperwork could be, David contacted his pension provider who assured him the documentation had been sent out. After explaining he had waited for two weeks and received no post, the pension provider agreed to another mailout and confirmed the information would be sent out in the middle of last week. However, David claims his documents have still not arrived and he doesn't know where they are.
Due to his mum's mobility issues, David had worried whether his mum would in fact have enough time to send her vote and it be accepted. He said: "I was concerned that some people might not have there postal votes yet and my mum has got hers but she only ended up wit 6-7 days to get it sorted".
