The escaped man was his late teens and was still wearing handcuffs. He was wearing blue jeans and a black sweatshirt.One deputy fell while trying to stop the fleeing man, Gonzalez said. The deputy was"OK" but taken to a hospital for evaluation, he added.
The Sheriff’s Office closed all westbound I-10 feeder roads from State Highway 99 to Katy Fort Bend Road due to the search, according to the Montgomery County Police Reporter. Police appeared to be searching sewer system tunnels in the area, but it's unclear where he was finally located
