The AC Hotel by Marriott boutique hotel will be constructed on a more than 2-acre site on John Carpenter Freeway, south of Hidden Ridge Drive. It will include a full-service restaurant, rooftop bar and more than 3,000 square feet of meeting space.“Nearly all elements of a full-service brand are provided here,” Ron Stewart, regional vice president of development at Marriott International, told the Irving City Council, which approved the hotel.
