Francisco Oropesa, the man accused of killing five people in San Jacinto County, is a Mexican national who's been deported from the U.S. four times.

The 38-year-old was convicted of driving while intoxicated back in 2012 in Montgomery County and was sentenced to serve time in jail, records show., ending the manhunt on the fourth day. The capture comes shortly after officials increased the reward amount for information that led to Orpoesa's arrest after the US Marshals added $20,000.
