COVID upended many aspects of American life, but the impacts of the crisis have been profound on our nation’s learners. Students in Massachusetts at every level, as their peers across the country, have suffered from school and college closures, limited social interactions and the loss of many milestone events.Since serving in state government, I have continued to focus my professional work on the need for excellence in our education system.
Now is the time to pursue transformational progress toward building a system of lifelong learning that will ensure that Massachusetts education system continues to be the envy of the country and the world. .
