A post-credits scene from Eternals set up Black Knight to meet Blade in the MCU, but the Kit Harrington character may now have a reduced role.
Blade might have cut Kit Harrington's Black Knight if a new rumor about the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie is to be believed. Harrington, known worldwide for playing Jon Snow in HBO's Game of Thrones, first appeared as Dane Whitman in Marvel Studios' Eternals in 2021.
Sneider already had reported in the past about how the previous Blade script had frustrated star Ali, and ultimately contributed to the movie losing its director and seeing its release date get pushed. The update brings good news to those waiting for Marvel's take on Blade in the MCU, with the new script allegedly having "cut out the fat," although that might mean that Eternals' Black Knight tease will not be followed up in Blade.
