Silk Road Medical Inc. filed for an initial public offering, with plans to raise up to $86.3 million. The company has applied to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "SILK." JP Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch are lead managers on the deal with BMO Capital Markets and STifel acting as co-managers. "We are a medical device company focused on reducing the risk of stroke and its devastating impact," the company says in its prospectus.
