The novel deals with trauma like losing a parent in a car crash—much like Harry losing his beloved mother Princess Diana in a tragic car accident when he was 12 years old—as well as postpartum struggles, which Meghan opened up about in her own life during the couple's infamous Oprah interview. The story also takes place in Toronto, where Meghan lived when she began dating Harry.
