Guess Samantha wasn’t thrilled about the Oprah interview....
Today in ughhhhhhhhh, Meghan Markle's half-sister Samantha Markle is reportedly suing her for"defamation" in regards to her televised interview with Oprah back in March 2021., Samantha alleges that Meghan's"rags to royalty" narrative is false, and accuses her of lying. She also claims that Meghan falsely told Oprah she was an"only child," and takes issue with the Duchess' timeline of when they last saw each other.
In addition to several other complaints, Samantha says that Meghan's comments hurt the sale of her autobiography—"prevented her from getting jobs and caused emotional and mental distress." In response, Meghan's attorney Michael Kump told the outlet,"This baseless and absurd lawsuit is just a continuation of a pattern of disturbing behavior. We will give it the minimum attention necessary, which is all it deserves."
