An entire grade two class and a teacher at a Melbourne primary school are in quarantine after one pupil tested positive for coronavirus | bpreiss

There are now 11 cases linked to the Keilor Downs cluster, which forced Keilor Downs College to close temporarily on Friday.

“There’s an extended family group across different households and all 11 cases are part of that extended family group," Professor Sutton said.Loading Professor Sutton warned there may be additional cases at Rydges on Swanston where returned travellers, many of whom had tested positive, are being quarantined.“The outbreak management squad has gone out on site to investigate. They’ve already looked into some processes but the investigation will be ongoing. They’re going to be providing additional training and education on personal protective equipment for all of the staff who are supporting that site.
