Mom Speaks Out After 3-Year-Old With Severe Autism Wanders Off and Is Found in Neighbor's Pool
Thursday, shortly after witnesses saw her wandering a Strongsville, Ohio, street alone. According to Fox 8, Aria Kalinich, who had, was pulled from the water by local police and rushed to the hospital, but was ultimately pronounced dead. Now, Aria's mother is opening up publicly about her daughter's tragic death and urging other to take extra safety precautions whenever they can.

"She'd be way back there, and so that's not the first time I've seen the little girl," neighbor Sheryl Clark told a reporter. Aria's grieving mother now hopes that by sharing her story -- including mistakes she's made -- she can raise awareness and prevent another tragedy.
