How accurate is the Netflix show compared to real life?
Niecy Nash plays Jeffrey Dahmer's next-door neighbor, Glenda Cleveland. In the trailer, she is seen pleading with the Milwaukee police to believe her suspicions about Dahmer and also tries to reason with the killer and figure out where all the noise in his apartment is coming from., Niecy said that she believed Glenda was also one of Jeffrey's victims who"had fallen through the cracks" since she was never"physically harmed" by the famed killer.
In real life, Glenda Cleveland lived in a house down the street from Jeffrey Dahmer's Wisconsin apartment building on 25th Street and Kilbourn Avenue. During the time of his killings, her daughter and niece saw Jeffrey outside with a naked 14-year-old boy who was bleeding out.Glenda continuously told the police and the FBI about her suspicions surrounding the infamous serial killer, but they wouldn't move quickly enough.
