Montgomery's Woodforest community gets first apartments, with pickleball courts and a biergarten
Woodforest / Hunington PropertiesAn apartment complex with more than 330 units has opened at Woodforest, providing the first rental option in the master-planned community in Montgomery, north of The Woodlands.
“We have exciting amenities that will drive camaraderie among residents, and then — of course — all that Pine Market has to offer is just outside your front door,” Drew Henderson, education and brand strategist for Hunington said in an announcement.Amenities at the Vic include a fitness center, lobby cafe, podcast studio and 24-hour resident center. A pickleball court, biergarten and dog park will open soon.
For the Houston market overall, apartment rents are still on the rise but leveling off, according to ApartmentData.com. Area rents rose 1.8 percent over the past year to an average of $1,265 per month in April.
