A spokesperson for Jet2holidays, said: “It's human nature to need something to look forward to, particularly after everything we have been through. After booking the all-important break, packing suitcases was deemed the next most exciting part of the pre-holiday process, chosen by 34 per cent. It also found 68 per cent of respondents believe that during the pandemic, having something to look forward to has been more important to them than ever before.
