Phil Murphy was at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark on Monday to announce North To Shore, or N2S, the first arts festival to span the length of the state, or nearly that, to be held in Atlantic City, Asbury Park and Newark this June. Asbury Park Mayor John Moor is seated to Murphy's right, with NJPAC Executive Director John Scheiber and First Lady Tammy Murphy, largely obscured, to his left.
