It’s set up cafeteria-style offering entree choices like fried chicken, meatloaf, catfish, pork chops, and much more.Diners choose from a list of side dishes like macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and green beans - just to name a few.John Carter Cash, the son of Johnny Cash and June Carter, attended the restaurnat's grand opening. He remembered his parents taking him to Swett’s Restaurant as a child and said they would have loved coming here.
“The first starts with his childhood home in Dyess, Arkansas where he was raised,” Miller said. “Then we move to Sun Records where he got his record deal.
